At Anna Jewelry Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.  

Returns:

  • You may return unworn and undamaged jewelry within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@annajewelrybox.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.  

Exchanges:  

  • If you would like to exchange your jewelry for a different item, please contact us at contact@annajewelrybox.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The same rules concerning unworn and undamaged jewelry apply to exchanges.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, and the new shipping of the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@annajewelrybox.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
